An exhibition featuring three generations of contemporary Iranian painters will be held in cooperation with Jaleh Gallery at Arte Design Gallery

An exhibition featuring three generations of contemporary Iranian painters entitled "Ahanjesh" was set up through the collaboration of Jaleh and Art Design galleries, displaying 61 works by 31 artists at Art Design Gallery

In this exhibition, works by Farah Abolghasem, Ghazaleh Akhavan, Morteza Eshtiaghi, Ebrahim Akbari Garz, Arno Ohanian, Alireza Adambakan, Shirin Azadi, Mohammad Jafar Pakravan, Ali Taghva Belsi, Mohammad Ibrahim Jafari, Vali Javadi Azar, Reza Hosseini, Hossein Khoshraftar, Mostafa Dashti, Ali Zakeri, Mohammad Rahimi, Mina Sabzi, Homayoun Salimi, Jalal Shabahangi, Habibollah Sadeghi, Mehdi Alaeinejad, Yaghoub Turban, Hossein Kazemi, Abbas Kiarostami, Ali Golestaneh, Ebrahim Ganjian, Vahid Mohammadi, Abbas Mokhtar, Mohammad Ali Moshrafi , Maryam Mirzaei Kojouri and Manouchehr Niazi has been exhibited.

Mr. Soltani, the director of Jaleh Gallery, explained about setting up the "Ahanjesh" exhibition:Such exhibitions take place mainly in museums of contemporary art because we can include a large number of works and artists in such a format: from Sohrab Sepehri, Manouchehr Yektai to Behjat Sadr and the next generations and even young artists. Unfortunately, one of the biggest challenges in this type of exhibition is the limited space of private galleries. Although Art Design Gallery is one of the largest galleries in Tehran, we obsessively tried to be able to display more items.

The idea of "Ahanjesh" exhibition has been research-oriented. This exhibition can be held with works by old and great artists in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Tehran, and Jaleh Gallery hopes to one day be able to display works by related artists in an exhibition entitled "Have contemporary art."Landscape is a very important issue for modern and contemporary Iranian artists, especially since it has found much more diverse meanings in contemporary Iranian art. Of course, in this exhibition, the focus is more on landscapes that do not have a critical or social direction. it is more focused on the modernist view of lands space can be seen and in this area Iranian artists have experiences with a wide range of techniques.

What really matters is that the interpretation of landscapes has different chararcterististics in different generations of artists keeping in mind the fact that many artists may not be displayed due to the difficulty in locating and securing works by artists such as Sohrab Sepehri. What really matters is that the interpretation of landscapes has different characteristics in different generations of artists. Similarly to a language it has evolved and moved forward. For example the pre-revolutionary generation had …. *tendency* is less evident, although it exists in some artists, but realism in once again emphasized by young artists - this time.

Features of the landscape in different generations are both actually personal and have been pursued and advanced in the form of a language. For example, the pre-revolutionary generation had a tendency towards formal aspects and closeness to nature, which was simplified, but after the revolution this tendency is less seen, although it exists in some artists, but the realism aspect is followed again by young artists, but this time "It also has neorealist aspects, meaning that a plant may be drawn out and repeated in a landscape or a motif in the landscape, or seen much closer."
