Design begins by redefining what we believe we already know. When an object moves beyond its familiar definition, it creates a moment of pause—a chance to see again and discover new meaning.
The Familiar, Reimagined explores how a single idea can take multiple forms. Through designed objects, each work challenges conventional perceptions of function and form, inviting viewers to reconsider the familiar from a different perspective. Here, utility is only one layer of meaning, and every encounter becomes an opportunity to pause, reflect, and imagine anew.
