Lone Blue

This series of photographs is the result of returning to my old analog camera.

A camera that, after years of being forgotten, started working again with expired films.

The worn sensitivity of the film gave the images an unpredictable quality;

Images suspended between presence and absence, clarity and obscurity light and darkness.

Each frame is a reflection of the experience of seeing what remains unseen in everyday vision;

Portraits without eyes, solitary sometimes without shadows and sometimes immersed in blue.
